A: Yes, all prices are in USD.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship to 50+ countries! International orders typically take 7-14 days. Customs fees vary by destination.Delays may occur due to extreme weather,increased flight demand during the Christmas season,etc.
Q:Can I ship my order to an international location?
A:We offer worldwide shipping,but note that shipping to war zones and South Africa is challenging due to tracking limitations after leaving China.
Q:How much is shipping?
A:Shipping is free for orders over $50.
Q:Why does the tracking link show delivery,but I received nothing?
A:Sometimes,packages marked as"delivered" might be wrongly delivered.If not received with in 5 days of the delivery date,please contact customer service.
Q:Are there other packages if some products in my order are missing?
A:Orders might be split in to several packages due to weightlimits.For additional tracking links,contact customer service.
Q:Why is the tracking link inactive after I receive it?
A:Tracking information updates a few days after reaching our carrier's warehouse.
Q:Will my order be shipped separately or together?
A:0rders with the same host made on the same day will be shipped together
Q:What's the difference between live pack and offline pack?
A:0ur host does live packing.Offline orders are handled by other staff,who also add extraitems and freebies.
Q:Do I need to pick up my package?
A:Packages may need to be picked up at the post office in some cases.Otherwise,they are delivered to your doorstep.
Q:Why does the tracking link say returned to the warehouse?
A:If our courier can't deliver to your country,we switch to analternative provider.Please wait patiently.
Q:Can I use points together?
A:Membership points can only be used on a separate affiliated website and cannot be combined.
Q: Can I use my Amazon Prime account for free shipping?
A: We are an independent brand, so Prime benefits do not apply. But we offer free US shipping on orders over $50!
Q: Can I return unused beads for a refund?
A: Yes! Unopened packages can be returned within 14 days. Customer pays return shipping.
Q: Are your beads safe for children’s jewelry?
A: Absolutely! Lead-free & non-toxic materials (certificates available). Choking hazard warning on all packaging for beads <12mm.
Q: Why do some beads say "Not for oral contact"?
A: While non-toxic, they are not food-safe. Avoid use in mouth-accessory designs.
